Chocolate Peanut Butter Chip Muffins

Ingredients:

1 1⁄2 cups flour

1 cup sugar

3⁄4 cup Reese’s Peanut Butter Chips

3⁄4 cup milk

2 medium-size eggs

1⁄3 cup olive oil

1⁄2 cup cocoa powder

1 tsp. baking soda

1 tsp. vanilla extract

1⁄2 tsp. salt
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit(200C). Prepare muffin cups by greasing or lining them with paper cups.
- In the large-size mixing bowl, sift flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, salt, and mix them well.
- Whisk oil, milk, eggs, and vanilla in the large-size bowl. Merge in dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Incorporate peanut butter chips—divide batter among muffin cups evenly, about 3 tbsps per muffin tin.
- Bake for 16–19 minutes until a tester stick inserted near the center comes out clean.
