  • 1 1⁄2 cups flour

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 3⁄4 cup Reese’s Peanut Butter Chips

  • 3⁄4 cup milk

  • 2 medium-size eggs

  • 1⁄3 cup olive oil

  • 1⁄2 cup cocoa powder

  • 1 tsp. baking soda

  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

  • 1⁄2  tsp. salt


  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit(200C). Prepare muffin cups by greasing or lining them with paper cups.
  • In the large-size mixing bowl, sift flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, salt, and mix them well.
  • Whisk oil, milk, eggs, and vanilla in the large-size bowl. Merge in dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  • Incorporate peanut butter chips—divide batter among muffin cups evenly, about 3 tbsps per muffin tin.
  • Bake for 16–19 minutes until a tester stick inserted near the center comes out clean.
