Peanut Butter Chip Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients:

1 cup butter, softened

1 Pack (283g) Reese’s peanut butter chips

1 1⁄2 cups white sugar

2⁄3 cup cocoa powder, unsweetened

2 medium-size eggs

2 tsp. vanilla extract

2 cups all-purpose flour

3⁄4 tsp. baking soda

1⁄2 tsp. salt
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets with cooking spray.
- Add; cream the butter and sugar in the medium-size bowl. Merge in the eggs and vanilla extract. Merge the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt in another medium-size bowl and stir into the creamed mixture.
- Finally, fold the peanut butter chips into the batter. Drop cookies onto prepared cookie sheets by heaping teaspoonfuls.
- Bake for 8-11 minutes until set. Cool on wire racks.
